The last podium gets its medals from Jan Dijkema from the Netherlands. The biggest celebration was of Dallmann, also Weber and a bit more introvert Heythausen. They have bigger smiles, and higher jumps. For the fourth time this weekend, we hear the Wilhelmus anthem of the Netherlands, the oldest anthem known. |

The ladies 5000m is full, unlike the men's 10,000m. With Grage having skated the 3000m, she doesn't have the right to be entered here any more, so Hemmer as first reserve can take the spot of Haugli. |

It's the men who don't fill there places this year. We have 10 and a half pair instead of 12. Three empty places, and Vitalij Mikhailov, fourth on the reservelist, can skate alone in the first half pair. |

the order to get on the podium is 1-2-3. They get their medal, the fourth for Groves, who also skates the 5k later today. Groves wears 'Right to Play' on her hat. The flags rise, the German anthem is heard by three blond girls with long hair. The choices that Friesinger made this season have been right. |
