Quartetstarts on the 3000m. But in the first pair, it's just one single skaters, who manages to keep her laptimes around 35.8, and finishes in 4.29,18. Andrea Lazarescu.
Then it's time to quartets. Martina Windhager and Alexandra Lipp in one, Mia Manganello and Renata Karabova from SVK in the other pair. Lipp and Manganello are the strongest in their pairs, but Karabova improves the Slovak NR to 4.41,74. Manganello has 4.29,45 today, Windhager 4.31,08 and Alexandra Lipp improves her pb from 4.18.92 to 4.18.24. Lipp has a 5.5 last lap. Then Yulia Yasenok and Nele Armée versus Natalia Czerwonka and Daniela Oltean. After 2200m there are four skaters with good distances to each other. Nele has still a lot to learn, but she has been ill the past two weeks and knew she would not do too well here. Her final tie i 4.32,67, Yasenok 4.26,96. Czerwonka 4,22,26, Oltan 4.27,33. Lipp is still leading. Anna Ringsred, Bianca Anghel, So-Yeon Lee and Luiza Zlotkowska. She and Czerwonka and Ksyt train togehter in the first real Polish ladies' team led by Ewa Bialkowska. Only Wójcicka stays with Niedzwiedzki as coach. They finish in 4.21,78 (Ringsred), 4.17,00 (Anghel), 4.18,92 (Lee) and 4.19,09 (Zlotkowska). Anghel has taken over the lead in this B-division. Next: Caroline Grage and Natalya Rybakova and Andrea Jirku with Stephanie Beckert. Rybakova and Jirku take the lead in their pairs, Jirku passes at 1400 in 2.00,19, 1800 2.34,11. Grage at 2000m is almost closing the gap wiht Rybakova. 4.2 the lap of Jirku now, 3.6 Beckert. Then 4.0 Jirku, 3.2 Beckert. We see Grage finish in 4.21,22, Rybakova 4.20,39. Beckert wins the pair, and posts the fasetst time of 4.15,83, a 33.2 final lap, Jirku is second with 4.16,32. One quartet to come. Paulien van Deutekom, Jinjin Xu, Anna Rokita and Nicole Garrido. Deutekom opens 20.01, fastest of all. She continues 1.0, 1.6 (1.22,75) and leaves Xu behind, where the other pair is pretty close. Garrido is a bit faster than Xu, but Deut continues and passes at 2200m at 3.01,82, 2600m at 3.35,53. Where Garrido loses speed, Rokita gains some. Van Deutekom finishes in 4.09,64, thus winning Division B. Xu finishes in 4.16,73, not so bad, Rokita is faster than Beckert wiht 4.15,02, finishing second, Garrido needs 4.16,77.
