I had been pretty fast before this year. But I didn't want to be distracted and think that I might skate a WR. I focussed on doing things right and having fun.

Parts of the race were almost perfect, but there is room for improvement. It wasn't the fastest opener ever, but it was my fastest lap. 

i knew that no matter what other people think, I have to do the things that make me skate fast, I did those things during the race and it works.

(It is so close to 33... )
I knew I could go faster than I have gone. Now I know that 33 is definitely possible. Something I'm looking forward to.

(This weekend?) I don't know, we'll see.
